Alyssa Noble is the Senior Communications Director at Oceana Belize, where she leads strategic communications and public advocacy campaigns to safeguard the country’s marine resources. Since 2015, she has helped advance landmark policy initiatives, including Belize’s offshore oil moratorium. With a background in political economy and extensive experience in PR and marketing, Alyssa is passionate about telling stories that reflect the deep connection between Belize’s people and their natural heritage.

Previously, she served as Director of Marketing and Industry Relations at the Belize Tourism Board and as Director of the Government of Belize Press Office, overseeing national communications and international media relations.

A Chevening Scholar and member of the U.S. National Honor Society for International Studies – Sigma Iota Rho, Alyssa holds degrees from Wheeling University (USA) and the University of Warwick (UK). She is originally from Belize City and enjoys spending time in Caye Caulker and San Pedro, home to her maternal and paternal roots.

Fun Facts: Alyssa runs on black, unsweetened coffee, and is happiest in or on the water. She’s an unapologetic animal lover who must often be restrained from approaching stray dogs.
